  • Extensive Experience in Large-Scale Government Projects, with active participation in the 6G Program Office under the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).
  • Recipient of Multiple Academic Awards, including the IEEE Taipei Section Best Ph.D. Dissertation Award (2022), the TAIICT Best Paper Award (2024), and the IEEE APWCS Best Paper Award (2022).
